By placing an order from Button Pics you agree to be bound by terms and conditions as set out below. We reserve the right to update or modify these conditions at any time and without notice and are effecitve immediately upon posting to this website. We ask that you familiarise yourself with these details.
Each product is sold subject to its product description and/or photograph. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, photographs and prices of produce appearing on our site are correct at the time when entered onto our site. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible; the information, including product prices appearing on this website appearing on this website at a particular time, may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
All product images used on this site are used as an indication of how a Button Pic will look. Each Button Pic is handcrafted and unqiue, therefore colours, shapes and sizes of buttons will vary from those shown in the photographs. We cannot be held liable for any perceived flaw or colour variance in any product delivered to you.
Button Pics never sells seconds. Each picture has been produced in-house an is always considered of premier quality and passes strict quality control processes.
Customers may cancel an order at any stage of the process, however, once you receive an email detailing that your order has been dispatched, your order will be deemed to have been accepted by us and your option to cancel an order will no longer be available.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are delighted with your Button Pics. However, if you would like to return any item we are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in fully resalable condition. To receive a refund you must return the goods to us within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned with their packing slip to: 150 Carrs Mill, Donabate, Co Dublin, Ireland. If returning goods by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our address. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where your order consists of a personalised design made to your specification, we are unable to offer refunds if you decide you no longer want the item or wish to exchange the personalised picture.
Please note that your delivery changes will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please email us immediately. Damaged deliveries must be notified within 5 working days of delivery to you. In most instances you will be asked to post the delivery back to us. If you post an item back to us you will be given a full refund on these postal changes. Refunds can only be offered onto the original card that was used for payment.
